Barranco dos Pisões Park is a natural place through which a stream of clear water flows.

This is the perfect place for those looking to spend a few moments away from civilization and take the opportunity to have a picnic on the hottest days of the year, under the shade of a beautiful plane tree classified as a monumental tree in Portugal for its centenary age.

On site you can also find the Moinho do Littlechinho, a water mill, recently recovered by the parish council of Monchique, which greatly contributed to the food base of the people who used it to grind cereals.
